Integrity Program
Bradesco Organization has an Integrity Program, which aims deterring the improper conduct of Officers, Employees, Interns, Apprentices and Associates of Bradesco, both in Brazil and abroad. Consists of a set of policies, standards and procedures aimed at Preventing of the Risk of Corruption, Misconduct Monitoring and Detection and Senior Management’s Response to harmful acts listed in Law No. 12,846/2013 and international laws.
If there is any suspicion of acts that may be related, directly or indirectly, to the consummate practice or mere attempt of corruption or bribery, it is the duty of the employee, apprentice and trainee to report the fact in the reporting channel. It is guaranteed the protection of the bona fide whistleblower who manifests about any violation, as well as the unconditional guarantee of the confidentiality of the information related to the complaint and, also, by its right to be anonymously performed.
