Facts related to any accounting aspects or frauds committed by managers and employees of the Bank and its subsidiaries, or by third parties, must be brought to the attention of the Audit Committee, since Resolution # 3,198/2004 of the National Monetary Council, establishes that the Committee must formally report the actual fact or evidence of errors or fraud related to the issues mentioned herein to the Central Bank of Brazil 3 (three) working days at the latest from the identification date.

When the situation so requires and if it is in the accuser’s interest, the right to make an anonymous report is guaranteed. Facts must be presented in a diligent manner, gathering, when feasible, the documents that confirm the allegation.

The content of complaints shall always be the most thorough possible, so that an eventual investigation process can take place.
